This Return Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning products purchased from our website or authorized retailers. By making a purchase from Blue Flowers Wellness, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- All tags, labels, and seals must be intact and not tampered with.
- You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used, including:
- Face creams and serums
- Personal care items
- Products with broken seals

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service: Email us at returns@blueflowers.com or call (234) 567-890 to request a return authorization number (RMA).
- Complete the Return Form: Fill out the return form that was included with your order. If you don't have the form, you can download it from our website or request one from customer service.
- Package Your Return: Securely package the item in its original packaging along with the completed return form and RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Return: Send your return to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return after it arrives at our facility.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Refunds include the cost of the product only. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product).
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product (for example, a different size or color), please follow the same process as for returns and indicate on the return form that you would like an exchange instead of a refund.
For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional shipping cost. However, if the exchanged item has a different price, the following will apply:
- Higher priced item: We will contact you regarding the price difference payment before shipping the new item.
- Lower priced item: We will refund the difference to your original payment method.
If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the original purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage or defect
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
For damaged or defective items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and will ship a replacement item as soon as the return is processed, or issue a full refund including original shipping costs.
If a product causes an allergic reaction or skin irritation, please discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if necessary. Contact our customer service team to discuss your options for return or exchange.
Shipping Costs for Returns
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as you receiving an incorrect or defective item).
If you are returning an item because of our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions
Some items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Products that have been opened, used, or had their seals broken (for hygiene reasons)
Sale items may be returned following our standard return policy unless specifically marked as final sale.
International Returns
For international orders, the same return policy applies with the following additional considerations:
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and taxes associated with the return shipment.
- Due to longer shipping times, the return window is extended to 45 days from the delivery date for international orders.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance for international returns.
Please note that international refunds may take longer to process due to banking procedures and currency conversion. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we have processed your return.
